We saw this dappled light when getting ready to leave for the day. We stopped to paint this last scene for the day. Painting en Plein air is very challenging but fun….The painting measures 12″x9″ and is signed and framed.

WE have just recently moved the Woodville, Texas. So far, we are both loving the country. I create art for me. I love doing this. I am a Christian, wife, mother, retired banker, and an artist. I started painting in 1976 and was hooked. I have never been bored creating a painting. The subjects are endless. I have been frustrated, but never bored, I will try all subjects, landscape, floral, seascape, still life, and portraits. I belong to several art groups
Outdoor Painters Society
Oil Painters of America
Artists of Texas
EBSQart
Tyler County Art League
I also teach oil painting classes each week in my studio.
When not painting, I love to be with my family. My husband is my best friend and we have been married for 58 years. We travel this great country.
