ALA Inventory Sale Saturday
Good Artists Are Alway Creating
ALA Gallery by the Lake artists are making room for more art as members host an Inventory Reduction Sale on Saturday,10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Original paintings, limited prints and photography will be available for purchase at the beautiful Creative Arts Center on the west side of the gallery. Sale coordinator Tim Fontenot said members have slashed prices for this “first of its kind” sale by members, offering incredible bargains for art lovers in Lake Charles.
ALA Galley by the Lake has the largest selection of local original art in Calcasieu Parish. The gallery was founded by Anne Dentler in 1984 and is comprised of professional artists who use various media to create art.
Plan to join us on Saturday for this great sale. Take a field trip downtown, have lunch, tour our gallery, and see some great art at great prices. |

We have just recently moved the Woodville, Texas. So far, we are both loving the country. I create art for myself. I love doing this. I am a Christian, wife, mother, retired banker, and artist. I started painting in 1976 and was hooked. I have never been bored creating a painting. The subjects are endless. I have been frustrated, but never bored, I will try all subjects, landscape, floral, seascape, still life, and portraits. I belong to several art groups

When I'm not painting, I love to be with my family. My husband is my best friend and we have been married for 61 years. Yes 61 years. We travel thro this great country.
